Welcome! to the Mastiff Health website where we hope you will find useful information on health issues that can affect our beautiful Mastiff Breed.
Please do not be alarmed as not all Mastiffs suffer from the problems described on these pages, but the Breed Clubs feel that everyone should be aware of what health problems have been noted within the Breed.
It should give an illustration of signs and symptoms that may be seen in relation to the health problems described.
The site also aims to encourage the use of all available Screening Health Tests before breeding from a Mastiff, to ensure that they produce healthy, well adjusted puppies for prospective owners to enjoy for many years to come. We owe it to the Breed.
